No Refunds: All payments made for consultations and consultation packs are non-refundable.
Review Before Purchase: We encourage clients to thoroughly review the services offered and clarify any questions during the free exploratory call before committing to a paid consultation or pack.
Validity Periods: Each consultation pack comes with a clearly defined validity period. Unused sessions will not be refunded or extended beyond the stated duration.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered used.
